Bay Tree is more like a bungalow than an apartment. A path from the car park leads to the apartment's private entrance situated in a small secluded courtyard. The spacious, warm and comfortable accommodation benefits from gas fired central heating.
The fully fitted kitchen has an integrated slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is a washer/dryer in the hallway. The contemporary bathroom has a separate full sized bath and oversized cubicle with dual head shower. Bath and hand towels are provided, together with washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen roll, toilet rolls and hand soap. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and biscuits, along with a pint of fresh milk, also ensures that you can enjoy a hot drink on arrival.
